I haven't been hungry since I started this diet and there is no weighing,
measuring or special foods to eat.
Very easy to follow - you can eat ALL your favourite foods!
I personally recommend you buy this book.
It has changed the way I look at food and dieting! You will find it easier
than ever before to diet - and it won't seem like dieting as you're allowed
all the foods you like!

| The British Heart Foundation Diet
There is a diet going round pertaining to be the British Heart Foundation
diet. It is the 3 day diet we've mentioned elsewhere on this site. It
is not a real BHF diet at all.
If you're ever given a diet sheet that looks like the diet on the 3
day diet sheet then tell the person who gives it to you that its not
a proper diet from the BFH

If you're serious about getting slim then you should try something
like Weightwatchers or with a bigger
choice of dieting options try Tesco Ediets -
getting support whilst you're dieting is the best way of losing weight.
Don't do three day diets. They're not designed to be healthy balanced
diets and any rushed weight loss can simply be water loss which will come
back as soon as you start eating properly again.
