New revised edition!

I haven't been hungry since I started this diet and there is no weighing, measuring or special foods to eat.

Very easy to follow - you can eat ALL your favourite foods!

I personally recommend you buy this book.
It has changed the way I look at food and dieting! You will find it easier than ever before to diet - and it won't seem like dieting as you're allowed all the foods you like!

Writing everything down allows you to monitor what you're eating much better than just trying to remember.

It makes you think about what you're eating and you'll be much less likely to cheat if you are writing food down before you eat it!

This is the sort of layout you should think about using. This is one we've used many times. Its easy to print out and keep in the kitchen or folded in your bag. File them every week in a folder.

Write the food down before you eat it. You might change your mind!

You could if you were adventurous write a meal plan on your chart and then tick it off as you've eaten it.

Reasons to use a diet record sheet

  • You're much less likely to cheat
  • You can identify your bad days by comparing sheets week by week.
  • It'll help identify any food allergies you've got - if you notice a reaction which you suspect is food allergy related then you can look on your diary sheet and check.
  • It will give you great pleasure to tick each day off as having not cheated.
  • It'll be an insipration for recipes and food you've enjoyed.
  • You can write on the date and your weight and keep a record of your diet.
