| Writing everything down allows you to monitor what you're eating much better than just trying to remember. It makes you think about what you're eating and you'll be much less likely to cheat if you are writing food down before you eat it! This is the sort of layout you should think about using. This is one we've used many times. Its easy to print out and keep in the kitchen or folded in your bag. File them every week in a folder. Write the food down before you eat it. You might change your mind! You could if you were adventurous write a meal plan on your chart and then tick it off as you've eaten it.
