It has changed the way I look at food and dieting! You will find it easier than ever before to diet - and it won't seem like dieting as you're allowed all the foods you like!

The worst way to diet has to be using pills, potions, lotions or special drinks to get the weight off. We think that weight loss should be achieved in the way it can be maintained. That is by eating a healthy well balanced diet that suits the needs of you and your family.

If you're desperate to lose weight then diet pills aren't the answer. Firstly check with your doctor. They'll probably tell you there isn't a miracle cure for weight loss and that you should just diet. They might have diet classes at their practice or have a list of places locally.
Diet pills may contain substances that you are allergic to, or may contain no active ingredients.

Liposuction isn't the answer either. It would only be a short term solution which would cost you a lot of money. It'd not teach you how to eat properly and therefore you'd put the fat back on.

You can't lose weight by rubbing lotions into your skin. Although there is some calorie usage in the rubbing motion it will be very very little. Don't waste your money. Rubbing lotions into your skin can make your skin soft though.

Anything which sounds too good to be true probably isn't true!

Miracle Weight loss doesn't happen!

Losing weight will take time. You didn't get fat overnight so why do you expect the weight to vanish as quickly?

 

The best shortcuts you can take is plenty of exercise - this will encourgage your body in the battle to lose weight!

Why slimming pills don't work

Slimming pills don't work as an effective long tewrm way to reduce your weight and maintain your weight at a sensible level.
To successfully stay slim you need to make proper long term changes to your eating habits. You will not do this is you rely on outside forces such as the action of a slimming tablet, operation or other extreme measures.
Losing weight will take effort and time to retrain your body into adjusting to eating less and taking more exercise.
Slimming pills can also be dangerous. Always seek medical advice from your own GP before undertaking any diet pill treatment.
If you have to make an effort to diet then you start the process of learning how to respect your body and are more likely to develope good eating habits than if you try a quick fix.

It is horrific also that people consider surgery to have stomach reductions in order to lose weight. Without taking the time and effort to consider why they eat too much they risk their lives if they continue eating unabashed following these incredibly intrusive irreversible operations.
