Sainsbury’s Diets is an online diet club!

It gives you the choice of two effective weight loss methods – a Meal Plan and a Food Diary – all in one membership.

Sainsbury’s Diets has been designed to increase the chances of weight loss!

If you prefer to follow a set plan then there's a meal plan option. For free choice people there's a very flexible food diary.

You can switch between them too - so if you want to try the other method you can. It's good to do this as it changes how you're dieting and makes you pay attention again. It's good if you've got stuck too!

* Alcohol Calorie Checker - Find out how many calories in your favourite drink! Well worth checking out if you fancy a night out!

* BMI Calculator - calculate how close to your target weight you are. Ideal BMI is 18-25. You need height and weight to work this out.


* BMR Calculator - daily energy requirements. Works out your BMR - or Basal Metabolic Rate - is the number of calories your body requires at rest just to carry out the vital activities necessary to keep your body functioning.
This calculator is interesting. Play with the levels of activity and you'll soon see that increasing normal activity levels will help you lose weight faster.
