Sainsbury’s Diets is an online diet club!
It gives you the choice of two effective weight loss methods –
a Meal Plan and a Food Diary – all in one membership.
Sainsbury’s Diets has been designed to increase the chances
of weight loss!
If you prefer to follow a set plan then there's a meal plan option.
For free choice people there's a very flexible food diary.
You can switch between them too - so if you want to try the other
method you can. It's good to do this as it changes how you're dieting
and makes you pay attention again. It's good if you've got stuck
too!
What Sainsburys Diets membership includes:

with advice from the British Nutrition Foundation. The plans are
easy to follow with simple meals and everyday foods.
•A personal Food Diary for greater food flexibility. Members’
can switch between their Meal Plan and Food Diary at any time.

loss. It’s based around activities a member likes doing so
it’s realistic and practical.
•Use of a Recipe Club with lots of tasty, calorie counted
meal ideas.
•Access to Sainsbury’s Diets via a mobile phone - very
handy to check what’s on your Meal Plan or keep a Food Diary
on the go.
•Diet forums for encouragement and support – available
24/7.

calories are burned during a particular activity... Good range of
activities covered.
* Alcohol Calorie Checker - Find out how many calories
in your favourite drink! Well worth checking out if you fancy a
night out!
* BMI Calculator - calculate how close to your
target weight you are. Ideal BMI is 18-25. You need height and weight
to work this out.
* BMR Calculator - daily energy requirements. Works
out your BMR - or Basal Metabolic Rate - is the number of calories
your body requires at rest just to carry out the vital activities
necessary to keep your body functioning.
This calculator is interesting. Play with the levels of activity
and you'll soon see that increasing normal activity levels will
help you lose weight faster.
