If you do the grocery shopping then you can control what food comes
into your home.
If you buy junk food, or food high in calories then you will eat
it!
If you buy fruit and vegetables then you are more likely to eat them.
Avoid things you know you can't resist.
Look for low calorie alternatives to your favourites.
Make sure you have some treats in.
Don't deprive the rest of the family just cos you're dieting though,
or they'll not be as supportive as they should.
Buy fruit and veg as often as you can - rather than buying one
lot to last a week. |
