| You'll have heard of weightwatchers. They have clubs all over the country. I've never done the weighwatchers diet so I'd love to hear from people about how easy it is to stick to and how effective it is at losing weight. Get Your Free Personal Assessment and lose weight the healthy way with
Weight
Watchers®.
On their site you can search for your nearest weightwatchers meeting - you put in your postcode and it shows you the nearest clubs to your address on a map. This is a great feature if you'd like to go to weekly meetings. If you don't fancy regular meetings - or if you work shifts as this makes it difficult to attend every week as shift rotas change then you can slim with Weightwatchers online. Its called Switch and they have some great interactive weight-loss tools and resources. Switch from Weight watchers - this gives you 24 hour access to their
site. It has two approaches and there are hundreds of recipes available
so you won't get bored becase there will always be new recipes to try.
You can also join a local weightwatchers group - these are held all over the country so there's bound to be one near you. However they only hold meetings once a week, so unlike the online service which is available for support and information 24 hours a day the real life meetings are only available once a week.
And the Find a meeting link will take you to an option where you can either put in your postcode or town name and it'll show you a small map showing your local groups as well as a list of where they are - so you can either look at the list or map in more detail. You might be surprised how close the nearest one is - lots of places
hold the meetings - village halls, british legion halls, church hallspolitical
party halls, basically anywhere where there is a meeting space. What happens at weightwatchers meetings? At the first meeting you go to you discuss with the group leader your
weight loss goals and find out about the Switch programme. Weightwatchers also do a range of healthy food which you'll find compliments the switch programme.
